Business Development

We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive with 1–4 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in client communication, lead generation, proposal writing, and should be capable of independently handling pre-sales and client engagement activities. You will be responsible for expanding our client base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets (e.g., Upwork, LinkedIn, freelancer platforms).
• Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Prepare compelling business proposals, quotations, and RFPs.
• Handle end-to-end client communication from initial contact to project closure.
• Coordinate with the technical team to provide accurate solutions and estimations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Meet sales targets and generate qualified leads for the development team.
• Keep updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 1–4 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in client handling, proposal writing, and lead generation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
• Experience with platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Freelancer, etc.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
