Business Development Executive(Staffing Industry)

JD – Business Development for Recruitment Industry & IT Solutions Company

Job Responsibilities:

· Identify and generate new business opportunities in the staffing industry.

· Conduct market research to identify potential clients.

· Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.

· Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

· Searching New clients

· Mapping client & Lead Generation

· Searching Manager, HR, CEO, Directors, Owners and other decision-making person’s contact details

· Daily mail Empanelment Proposals, calls and follow up

· Portals – Sourcing New Client through Job Portals, LinkedIn, References etc..

· Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

· Achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales quotas.

· Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet client needs.

· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

· Attend networking events and industry conferences.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, Management etc...

· 2-3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the staffing industry (Non IT & IT, Manufacturing Clients).

· Target Industries: Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering, Software Development, Chemicals, Pharma, Plastics & Packaging, FMCG, Logistics & SCM, Healthcare & Life Science etc…

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.

· Candidate Must be from Recruitment & Staffing Background

· Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales strategies.
