Business Development Executives

Job Description :

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who will not only drive growth and partnerships but also handle key operational responsibilities. You’ll conduct market research, manage internal operations, and work closely with the founding team to shape growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Research & Insights

• Conduct in-depth research on sports markets (national and global).
• Identify trends, customer needs, and partnership opportunities.
• Analyze competitors and produce actionable reports.

Business Development

• Identify, reach out, and build relationships with potential partners, sponsors, sports clubs, academies, and vendors.
• Pitch Spinvic’s offerings and convert opportunities into tangible business outcomes.
• Work on collaboration strategies with sports personalities, organizations, and brands.

Operations Management

• Assist in building and streamlining internal operational processes.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to partnerships, onboarding, and vendor management.
• Help coordinate events, activations, and marketing campaigns when needed.

Strategy & Growth Support

• Work closely with the founding team to plan go-to-market strategies.
• Support in product launches, beta testing programs, and feedback collection.

Required Qualification and Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field. (MBA is a plus but not mandatory.)
• 0–2 years experience in business development, operations, or market research (internships included).
• Deep passion for sports and understanding of the sports industry landscape.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter attitude — able to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to create insights from raw data.

Bonus if you have experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, project management tools, or event management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
