Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with men's wellness drugs and supplements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders (doctors, pharmacies, distributors), and driving sales growth for our men's wellness product portfolio in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Market Penetration & Sales Growth: Promote and sell Luvomen's range of men's wellness pharmaceutical drugs and supplements to healthcare professionals (HCPs) including doctors, specialists, and chemists. Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share. Identify and tap into new sales channels and customer segments. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, distributors, and institutional partners. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities in the men's wellness segment. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, pharmacists, and stockists. Organize and conduct CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), product demonstrations, and presentations for healthcare professionals. Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Reporting & Analysis: Regularly track sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities. Compliance & Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and regulations. Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and ethical pharmaceutical marketing practices. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Science (B.Sc), or a related field. An MBA in Marketing/Sales would be an advantage. Experience: Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and business development. Specific Experience: Proven track record of successfully selling pharmaceutical products, with a strong preference for experience in men's wellness drugs, andrology, urology, or related supplements. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, particularly in Bhopal and surrounding regions. Ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
