About the Role

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches, proposals, and business presentations.
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline with timely follow-ups.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages.
Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Track, measure, and report sales performance against set targets.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in
business development or sales
, with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
