Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive ERP sales and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for business growth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals. This role involves client interaction, bidding on projects, attending industry events, and traveling to meet prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Bidding
    • Identify new sales opportunities through bidding platforms, networks, and referrals.
    • Draft and submit competitive proposals for ERP implementation projects.
  • Client Engagement
    • Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
    • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting ERP features and benefits.
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  • Market Development
    • Attend trade fairs, expos, and industry events to showcase our ERP solutions.
    • Network with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Business Travel
    • Travel across cities to meet clients, attend events, and explore new markets.
    • Maintain a professional representation of the company in all interactions.

  • Collaboration & Reporting
    • Work closely with the technical and functional ERP teams to align client requirements.
    • Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM data, and report progress to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / ERP or software sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different business environments.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
