Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Marketing: Proactively identify, engage, and convert prospective students, parents, and educational institutions to enroll in our diverse courses and programs. Partnerships & Outreach: Cultivate and nurture strategic alliances with schools, colleges, and coaching centers for mutually beneficial collaborations. Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of local market trends, competitor activities, and evolving student needs to refine and improve business strategies. Counseling & Conversion: Provide expert guidance and comprehensive counseling to students and parents on course offerings, facilitating smooth enrollment processes. Revenue & Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets, contributing directly to the company's growth objectives. Events & Promotions: Organize and actively participate in career fairs, workshops, and promotional events to enhance brand awareness and generate new leads. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities within our CRM system, generating regular performance reports. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 0-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or admissions, with a strong preference for backgrounds in EdTech, education, or training institutes. Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in Tamil and English (mandatory). Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative.
