Job Description (Summary) Revenue Growth Lead negotiation process to drive revenue growth, ensuring solutions align with pricing, profitability, and liability goals. Position the company’s total solutions effectively by addressing client problems, showcasing strengths, competitive pricing, and advantages. Pipeline Development Continuously prospect and develop new clients. Maintain an active sales pipeline to meet or exceed quotas, including managing RFP responses, tracking activity, forecasting, and conducting competitive research. Industry Knowledge Stay active in industry associations and keep current with market trends. Deep understanding of client businesses and emerging opportunities. Interpersonal Skills Effective at presenting to senior management. Excellent listening, negotiating, and communication skills. Strong questioning techniques. Qualifications 1-5 years in sales, preferably in the IT services industry(Website Sales), with experience in India or global markets. Ability to sell remotely and use technology for sales. Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to learn. Skills & Competencies Strong background in strategic sales and solution selling. Proven ability to translate client needs into solutions. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Strong business acumen and decision-making skills. Ability to work with teams across all levels (including C-suite). Business Expertise Strong understanding of strategic selling methodologies. Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed quotas.
