Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition preferably in the IT or digital services space. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to sales. Understanding of website design, eCommerce platforms (like Shopify or WordPress), and digital business needs. Self-driven, result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Passion for digital trends, especially how websites impact lead generation and brand credibility. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach platforms is a plus. Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to grow our client base in India and abroad. Relationship Building: Understand client pain points, educate them on how a strong website can solve business challenges, and maintain long-term relationships. Business Growth: Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving overall business development strategy. Market Research: Monitor industry trends (website design, eCommerce, digital transformation), competitors, and new opportunities. Client Consultation: Explain the value of UI/UX design, custom development, and eCommerce capabilities; tailor pitches based on client industry (e.g. retail, health, services). Sales Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of outreach, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools. Team Collaboration: Work with our design, development, and project management teams to prepare proposals and ensure client needs are met.
