Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to spearhead our expansion into new international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and engaging with potential clients and partners globally to promote our business and forge strategic collaborations. This role requires exceptional communication skills in English and a strong understanding of international business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • International Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify new international markets with high potential for our products/services. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory landscapes to identify opportunities.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with potential international prospects through professional and compelling communication (email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, etc.). Articulate our value proposition clearly and persuasively.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential partners in international markets.
  • Collaboration & Partnership Development: Explore and establish strategic collaborations and partnerships with international businesses, organizations, or individuals that align with our business objectives.
  • Presentation & Pitching: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to international prospects, effectively showcasing our offerings and addressing their specific needs.
  • Negotiation Support: Assist in the negotiation of terms and agreements with international clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and relay market intelligence and feedback from international prospects to internal teams (product development, marketing) to inform future strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular and accurate reports on international business development activities, progress, and market insights to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role, with a strong focus on international markets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for documentation, data management, and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
