Hiring Organization : VolksEnergie (https://volksenergie.in/) Job Title : Business Development Manager Location : Delhi/NCR + North Belt (Preferred) Experience Required : Minimum 5 years Compensation : ₹6 – ₹8 LPA About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives across the Delhi/NCR and North Belt region. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and a well-established network within Architectural firms , MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants , and related domains . This individual will play a key role in expanding our product reach by pitching our offerings and forging collaborative partnerships to address client requirements in ongoing and upcoming projects jointly. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and engage potential clients within architectural, MEP, and consulting firms. · Promote and pitch company products to decision-makers and influencers within target firms. · Develop strategic partnerships with firms to co-pitch comprehensive solutions to end clients. · Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational capabilities and offerings. · Track industry trends and project pipelines to stay ahead of potential opportunities. · Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and build new connections. Candidate Profile: · Proven track record of 5+ years in business development, preferably in Electrical products and HVAC solutions . · (Plumbing solutions experience is considered a plus. Civil background is the least preferred.) · Strong existing relationships with architectural firms, MEP consultants, and industry decision-makers. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Demonstrated ability to drive results and close high-value deals. · Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. · Willingness to travel across the North Belt as needed. Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields. An MBA is an advantage. · Industry exposure in built-environment products and project-based solution selling. Show more Show less
