Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and online research. - Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, delivering compelling sales pitches. - Understand the specific needs of clients and propose tailored business solutions accordingly. - Keep the CRM system updated with all sales activities, leads, and client communications. - Follow up diligently with leads to convert them into valuable business opportunities. - Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents. - Collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product to ensure client satisfaction. - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to strategize effectively. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet deadlines and targets effectively. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in Staffing and recruitment, ed-Tech would be advantageous. - Familiarity with lead generation tools and digital sales strategies. - Willingness to travel for client meetings if necessary.
