About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development & Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to help us expand our client base, bring in high-value projects, and drive revenue growth. You'll lead business development efforts and execute marketing campaigns that make an impact.

What You’ll Do

• Source leads and projects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other freelance platforms
• Drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities
• Develop and run digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Perform market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy and execution
• 2–4 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or B2B sales, preferably in the IT or SaaS sector
• A strong track record of winning projects from freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, or similar B2B networks
• Excellent skills in lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals with domestic and international clients
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools to track and optimize the sales process
• The ability to research target markets, identify decision-makers, and craft personalized outreach strategies
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• A self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with a passion for building long-term business relationships
