Position Summary:

As a Social Media Intern, you'll work closely with the marketing team to create, schedule, and analyze content across multiple platforms. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with content creation, community management, social media strategy, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and curating engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta, Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite
• Monitor social channels for trends, comments, and engagement opportunities
• Help brainstorm new content ideas aligned with campaign goals
• Track performance metrics (e.g., likes, shares, follower growth) and compile weekly or monthly reports
• Research industry trends and competitor activity
• Support with content shoots (photos, videos, Reels) if applicable
• Engage with followers and respond to messages or comments in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Creative mindset with a good eye for design and detail
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively
