Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Present and promote products/services to prospective clients effectively. Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven track record in sales or business development (experience in [industry/sector] is a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships. Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
