Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive specializing in Telematics & Automotive OEMs, your role will involve driving sales growth in the South India region while building client relationships and expanding the presence in the telematics ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential clients, focusing on Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers in South India. - Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and industry connects. - Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to establish business partnerships. - Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with our IoT/Telematics solutions. - Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions. - Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses, and business pitches. - Meet and exceed business development and revenue targets. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of Business Development/Sales experience in Telematics, IoT, or Automotive industry. - Strong understanding of the automotive ecosystem, OEMs, and Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers in India. - Proven experience handling clients in the South India region. - Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
