Business Development Executive (BDE)


As a BDE, you will play a key role in driving sales growth for our cloud telephony solutions by identifying new business opportunities, onboarding clients, and building strong relationships with channel partners.


Job Specifications:

  • Graduate or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a Business Development / Sales role.
  • Experience in telecom or related industry preferred (not mandatory).
  • Local candidates with good market knowledge will have an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers and sales channels.
  • Assist in onboarding new sales partners and maintaining relationships.
  • Canvass assigned territories and present company products to prospects.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and share sales proposals with clients.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented.
  • Good listening and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
