Job Description

Job Summary:

This role focuses on promoting and selling educational programs, contributing to business growth within the EdTech sector. The BDE will play a key role in guiding students, ensuring smooth onboarding, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and guide them in selecting suitable programs.
Drive enrollments through engaging sales pitches and effective communication.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Ensure smooth onboarding and provide post-enrollment support.
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare detailed sales reports.
Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or Computer Applications (BCA/MCA).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and at least one regional language.
Strong sales acumen and the ability to engage potential students and parents.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM software for maintaining records and generating reports.
Ability to meet and exceed enrollment targets.

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

Experience in the EdTech industry.
Strong understanding of the education landscape and student needs.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience in sales and marketing.
