Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive with over 2 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically targeting

international clients across the GCC region

(including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through lead generation, client engagement, and remote sales closures. A solid understanding of GCC business culture and practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the GCC region via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, product demos, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers across international GCC clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, pain points, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, product) to improve client experience and feedback loops.
  • Adapt communication style to suit clients from different GCC countries and industries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in inside sales or business development, working with

    GCC clients

    .
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and business practices across the GCC.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written (English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling [Insert Product/Service e.g., SaaS, IT solutions, digital services, logistics].
  • Understanding of regulatory and cultural nuances in GCC markets.
  • Existing network or prior client relationships in the GCC region.
  • Ability to adjust working hours in alignment with GCC business time zones.
