Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify and onboard new clients, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the payment gateway industry by offering innovative solutions to businesses across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:

    Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Acquisition:

    Present and promote our payment gateway solutions to prospective clients with tailored proposals.
  • Sales Strategy:

    Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis:

    Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration:

    Coordinate with internal teams (tech, finance, operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare regular sales and performance reports with insights and recommendations for growth.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in payment gateway or fintech).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to payment gateways.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
