💼 Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Market Research & Lead Generation

Identify and connect with potential customers, dealers, and institutions in assigned areas.Conduct on-ground research and maintain a database of leads.

2. Sales & Promotion

Promote UDDHATEK’s flagship offerings — Solar products, Agri-tech solutions, and Educational programs.Generate and convert leads through door-to-door, event-based, and local campaigns.

3. Franchise & Partnership Development

Assist in onboarding new Village Franchise Partners.Support local entrepreneurs in setting up and growing UDDHATEK operations.

4. Community Engagement

Conduct awareness campaigns, demonstrations, and workshops in villages.Build strong local relationships with customers, students, and institutions.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Submit daily and weekly sales/activity reports.Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams for execution.

🎯 Skills & Qualities Required

Strong communication and persuasion skills.Passion for fieldwork and working with rural communities.Basic knowledge of marketing, sales, or customer engagement.Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
