Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our photography services.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic planning, networking, and proactive lead generation activities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their photography needs, and effectively presenting our services.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content that effectively showcase our services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand visibility and establish industry presence.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company objectives.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to senior management.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles within the photography industry or a similar field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools for lead management and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
