Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients.
Create a pipeline of new business prospects to ensure future growth.
Handle and manage RFQ (Request for Quotation) response documents for logistics business.
Maintain records of accounts and business development activities.
Generate and analyze reports in alignment with the roles objectives.
Coordinate and follow up on cross-selling initiatives within the department.
Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Operations, and Logistics teams.
Focus on acquiring and retaining profitable business.
Cross-sell and up-sell value-added products and services to existing customers.
Manage and coordinate commercial activities with the customer service team, aligning with company targets.
Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and business communities.
Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through targeted sales strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

More than
5 years of experience
in field sales or business development.
Strong ability to generate and convert leads.
Self-motivated and goal-driven professional.
Experience in Field Sales, 2 wheeler mandatory for commute.
Basic IT skills (MS Office etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Leadership and organizational skills
