Role Overview: We're looking for an energetic and self-driven Program & Business Development Executive who can handle everything from lead generation to execution and follow-up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the blend of strategy and field execution. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls and communication Generate, qualify, and nurture leads across educational and corporate sectors Pitch and present program ideas and brand campaigns Create plans, proposals, and event timelines Manage end-to-end execution of programs and promotions Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams Take ownership of follow-ups and feedback post-execution Be ready to travel for events and on-ground promotions, especially on select weekends Who Should Apply?
