Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, developing business strategies, and executing account management practices to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, project management) to develop customized solutions.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable terms and long-term client engagement.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
• Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking functions when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3–5 years) in sales, business development, or client relationship management (preferably in IT or service-based industries).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital tools and platforms.
