Business Development Lead HR Solutions Location: Wadala, Mumbai Experience: Minimum 5 - 10 years in Business Development/Sales (HR Industry Preferred) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Work Mode: Onsite About the Role TeamSpace India is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Lead to spearhead growth initiatives, forge strategic partnerships, and enhance market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation , with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to driving business success . Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets. Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients into long-term strategic partners . Proactively explore new business opportunities through market research and industry insights. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, HR leaders, and decision-makers . Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to stay ahead in the industry. Sales & Negotiation Oversee the entire sales lifecycle , from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Develop and present compelling business proposals, sales pitches, and strategic presentations . Drive partnership development and alliances to expand business reach and service offerings. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize business strategies. Prepare and deliver detailed sales forecasts, market insights, and business performance reports to senior leadership. Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and business forums to strengthen brand presence. Qualifications & Skills Educational & Professional Background Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field ; an MBA is preferred. Minimum 510 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships within the HR solutions industry. Technical & Sales Expertise Proven track record of success in lead generation, revenue growth, and client acquisition. Strong expertise in contract negotiation, proposal development, and deal structuring . Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Core Competencies Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Ability to strategically analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable plans . Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
