Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Waraseoni, Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh (On-site) Company: Talent Craft India Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: Talent Craft India is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Waraseoni ( Balaghat). As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our range of online skill-building courses, including Rubik's Cube, chess, abacus, and coding for children aged 5 to 15 years. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, and social media) to generate new business opportunities. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. Consultative Selling: Present and promote Talent Craft India’s courses to parents and guardians, addressing their queries and helping them select the right program for their child. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective business development plans. Reporting & Analysis: Track and report sales performance and client feedback to improve business strategies and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in the education or service sector). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and client engagement. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred. Fluency in Hindi and English. Working Hours: Tuesday to Sunday – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Tuesday Off) Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Professional growth and development opportunities.
