Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven

Business Development Executive

to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads to build a strong sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with people, and is passionate about driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients and target marketsInitiate contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channelsQualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and interestSchedule meetings and demos for the sales teamMaintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systemsCollaborate with marketing to optimize outreach strategiesProvide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectivenessMeet or exceed monthly KPIs related to lead generation and conversion

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing rolesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Self-motivated with a results-driven mindsetAbility to handle objections and think on your feetComfortable working independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B SaaS or tech salesUnderstanding of sales funnels and lead qualification frameworksExposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Outreach.io
