Business Development Executive

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

We are looking for a 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 with at least 1 year of experience in IT or SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth by promoting our CRM and software development services to clients globally.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, and digital campaigns

- Understand client requirements and propose suitable software or CRM solutions (VTiger, Salesforce, Mautic, etc.)

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations

- Manage and track all leads, interactions, and deals in the CRM system

- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or IT Sales

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Understanding of software development processes and CRM systems 

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, or CRM tools is a plus
