Job Title: Business Development Executive – US IT Staffing & Solutions

Job Location: Remote - India

Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)


About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our IT Staffing & Solutions team. In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through staffing and technology services.


This is a remote role aligned with US CST time zone, ideal for someone with strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a passion for the IT staffing industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and referrals.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships within IT staffing and consulting.
  • Support the sales cycle by qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and participating in client discussions.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to match client needs with the right candidates.
  • Maintain accurate activity logs, lead details, and progress updates in CRM/ ATS systems.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior business development and leadership teams.


Preferred Experience & Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development (New Business/ Clients) within US IT Staffing/ Consulting.
  • Exposure to working with enterprise clients (experience with Apex Systems, TEKsystems, Kforce, etc. is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote setup.
  • Willingness to work in US CST/ EST hours.
