Role Overview

Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research new business opportunities in digital marketing, branding, and media services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as a trusted advisor for their digital growth needs.
• Develop and deliver impactful sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (performance marketing, creative, tech) to design customized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
• Track sales pipeline, revenue targets, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling ability.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Branding, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in digital marketing, media, or agency environments.
