Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business:This includes market research to understand the competitive landscape and client needs, as well as utilizing various channels like networking, cold outreach, and referrals to find potential clients.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships:Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders, is crucial for securing future projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets and maximize revenue, often collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Sales and Negotiation:Preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify opportunities and track progress against business objectives.
  • Representing the Company:Attending industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and build relationships.
  • Collaboration:Working with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to align strategies and drive successful outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the construction industry: This includes knowledge of project types, bidding processes, and key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills: Experience in closing deals and managing client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities: Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to track performance, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite: Essential for managing client information and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field: A relevant degree provides a strong foundation for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,936.22 - ₹30,000.00 per month
