Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying opportunities, submitting winning proposals, and closing deals that align with our service offerings.

Qualifications

- Identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.- Write and submit high-quality, customized proposals.- Communicate with potential clients, understand requirements, and present suitable solutions.- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up consistently.- Work closely with the technical team to estimate and scope projects accurately.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

:- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or in business development for IT services.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong understanding of web development, mobile apps, SaaS, and related technologies.- Ability to build long-term client relationships.- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with other platforms (Fiverr, Freelancer, PPH, etc.).- Basic understanding of project management tools.
