About the Role:

Your goal will be to identify new business opportunities, craft winning proposals, and build strong, lasting client relationships to drive company growth.


Key Responsiblities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects across leading freelance platforms.
  • Write tailored, high-quality proposals that highlight our expertise and value.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements, negotiate scope, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for accurate estimations and timely delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of bids, conversions, and client communications.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships for repeat and referral business.


Ideal Candidate:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience

    in online bidding & lead generation.
  • Strong

    written and verbal communication skills

    .
  • Ability to draft

    compelling, client-focused proposals

  • Confident in

    negotiation and relationship building

    .
  • Basic understanding of

    IT services, SaaS, or custom software development

    is a plus.
