Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Ahmedabad (On-site) Experience: 1 to 3 years Industry: IT Services & Software Development We’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive who understands the IT services landscape and can pitch our custom software and digital solutions to B2B clients. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and build a strong pipeline through platforms like LinkedIn, email marketing, references, and cold outreach. Identify and approach potential clients, especially in travel & tourism , FMCG , manufacturing , and logistics . Pitch services – website development, booking portals, mobile apps, CRM systems, and SEO/SMO services – tailored to client needs. Collaborate with technical and design teams to create winning proposals and client-specific demos. Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Achieve monthly sales targets. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in a software development or digital agency setup. Understanding of website and app development life cycles. Confidence in client communication (verbal & written – English, Hindi, Gujarati). Experience with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales automation tools is a plus. Knowledge of key business sectors like travel tech, FMCG, Manufacturing, and logistics software will be an advantage. What You’ll Gain : Opportunity to work with high-growth industry verticals.
