Sales Executive

Orbit Tours and Travels is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate should possess a proven sales track record, a deep passion for travel, and exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities include promoting and selling domestic and international travel packages, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and travel partners, understanding customer requirements to provide customized travel solutions, meeting and surpassing sales targets and KPIs, addressing customer inquiries and resolving booking-related issues, staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, furnishing comprehensive information on travel packages, destinations, and pricing, and collaborating with the marketing team to devise promotional strategies. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the travel and tourism sector, along with strong communication and negotiation abilities. They should be adept at working both independently and as part of a team, possess excellent customer service skills, be proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, have knowledge of popular travel destinations and current trends, familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous, and demonstrate the capability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
