Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Kubadthal, Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding our customer base, managing daily inquiries, preparing quotations and sales reports, and contributing to strategies that achieve sales targets. The role also involves nurturing long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage new business leads

• Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

• Coordinate with internal teams such as production, dispatch, and marketing

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Visit clients as required (local travel)

Qualifications

• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage customer relationships professionally

• Good understanding of market research, lead generation, and sales strategy

• Basic technical awareness of industrial products such as silicon-coated fabrics, sleeves, and high-temperature materials (or willingness to learn)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with primary operations in Kubadthal

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • • Prior experience in industrial sales is an added advantage
