Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, with responsibilities split between Daskroi-based in-office and remote work flexibility. The Sales Executive will manage and expand the customer base, handle inquiries, prepare sales reports, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Additional tasks include maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Sales and communication skills: Proficiency in customer relationship management, negotiation, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Market research and analysis: Familiarity with identifying market trends, competitor analysis, and business development strategies.
Technical knowledge: Awareness of industrial products, particularly silicon and high-temperature materials, is an advantage.
Organizational and reporting skills: Strong time-management abilities combined with experience in preparing detailed sales reports and meeting deadlines.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating both remotely and on-site in Daskroi.
Preferred qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in industrial sales is a plus.
