Job Description We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executives to expand our merchant base and promote PhonePes smart speakers and scanners. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential merchants and customers to promote and sell PhonePe products (smart speakers & scanners). Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently. Maintain strong merchant relationships for sustained business growth. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of daily activities. This is a 100% field sales role . Candidate Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (HSC). 3 to 6 months of experience in a sales/business development role (field sales preferred). Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven and self-motivated.
