Job Description:

1.Lead Generation & Outreach:

* Identify prospective parents/students through various channels (walk-ins, calls, online inquiries, events).

* Follow up with leads regularly via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

2.Counseling & Conversion :

* Counsel parents and students about the school’s offerings, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures.

* Guide them through the enrollment process and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

3.Target Achievement :

* Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets as per the school's business plan.

* Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and track conversions.

4. Event Coordination :

* Assist in planning and executing admission-related events such as open houses, school tours, education fairs, and parent orientation programs.

5.Relationship Management :

* Build rapport with parents and students to create a positive admission experience.

* Act as a point of contact for queries and follow-ups until admission closure.

6. Market Intelligence :

* Collect and analyze information on competitor schools, fees, offerings, and admission trends.

* Share insights with management to refine strategies.

7. Marketing Support :

* Coordinate with the marketing team for local campaigns, internal customers, and promotional materials.

* Suggest new strategies for lead generation based on market trends and feedback.

8. CRM & Reporting :

* Maintain accurate lead and conversion data using CRM tools or Excel.

* Provide daily/weekly updates to the admissions or business development manager.

9.Collaboration with School Staff :

* Work closely with academic coordinators, front office, and admin teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

* Support in documentation and verification of admission-related paperwork.
