Role & responsibilities:

Engage in
field sales
to promote company products/services
Visit potential customers and
convert leads into sales
Assist in onboarding and managing
distributors and channel partners
Build and maintain
good working relationships
with distributors, retailers, and customers
Support the sales team in achieving
conversion and revenue targets
Conduct regular market visits and gather customer feedback
Maintain records of field visits, leads, and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
