Job Description

As a Business Development Executive based in Chennai, your role involves discovering and pursuing new sales prospects by engaging with sourcing and R&D wing of customers, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through direct calling, networking, meetings, etc. - Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs and concerns - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services - Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data - Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions & conferences - Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections - Collaborate with team members to achieve better results - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Qualifications Required: - BE/MSc/BSc (Chemistry) with 1-2 years of sales in the chemical industry, preferably personal care ingredients industry - Candidates with good experience in the chemical industry would also be considered - Enthusiastic freshers are also welcome! - Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Quick learner and a passion for sales - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and internet reimbursement. The work location is in person.
