Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to the growth of the organization. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, negotiation skills, and project management expertise.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
  • Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients to secure business deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
  • Prepare reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitive analysis for management review.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer interactions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Proficient in project management principles to effectively oversee initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
