We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive/Manager (ERP Sales)

 

Location: Kota

Experience: 1–3 years in B2B Sales, Property management or SaaS preferred

 

Join #Rentilium to lead ERP software sales for the real estate & property management sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Identify & engage PG owners, property managers & real estate leads

Deliver product demos, close deals, and build long-term client relationships

Drive new business & generate leads via events, expos, and market research

Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to meet customer needs

Contribute to marketing and product strategies through feedback

 

What You Need:

Strong B2B sales experience in ERP, SaaS, real estate tech or property management.

Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

Familiarity with CRM tools, cloud software & real estate compliance.

  • Bachelor's in Business, IT, or Marketing.
