The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and driving revenue growth. Experience in e-commerce platforms will be considered a strong advantage. Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Experience: 1+ Years Location: Noida sec 3 Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range:- 22k to 30k Key Responsibilities: •  Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and build a qualified sales pipeline. •  Identify and target potential clients through market research and prospecting. •  Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals. •  Engage with international clients, understanding their business needs and proposing suitable   solutions. •  Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. •  Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals. •  Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead and opportunity details. •  Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies. Key Skills & Qualifications: •  2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and lead generation. •  Prior experience in international sales is essential. •  Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Walmart, Amazon, etc.) is a strong plus. •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. •  Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. •  Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
