Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates, product descriptions, and order fulfillment.
Monitor daily sales performance and generate reports.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and ensure high service levels.
Optimize product visibility through keyword research and marketplace tools.
3–5 years of experience as an E-commerce Executive or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
