Job Description

Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the US healthcare space (physician groups, clinics, billing companies, etc.)
Execute outbound sales strategies via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and demos with key decision-makers (CFOs, practice managers, billing heads)
Present tailored RCM solutions, including medical billing, coding, AR follow-up, and denial management
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, quotes, and service contracts
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and document activities in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Share market feedback, competitive insights, and suggestions for continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in RCM, medical billing, or healthcare BPO
Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and RCM lifecycle
Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals with US clients
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
Willing to work during US business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with US-based providers or billing companies
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing
