Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our remote team. The primary responsibility of this role is to independently identify, connect with, and acquire new leads and clients for our digital marketing and AI automation services.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with strong communication and networking skills who can confidently manage the sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — while working remotely.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:

    Actively research and identify new business opportunities through online channels, professional networks, and digital platforms.
  • Sales Cycle Management:

    Manage the complete sales process — from lead qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Market Research:

    Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and competitor activities.
  • Client Presentations:

    Confidently present Rankkking’s services and value proposition to prospective clients through virtual meetings.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using the CRM system, and provide regular progress reports.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless handoff and execution of projects.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    Minimum

    1 year

    of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar client-facing role with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in

    Hindi and English

    .
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities; comfortable managing client interactions independently.
  • Knowledge:

    A good understanding of

    digital marketing

    and/or

    AI technologies

    .
  • Attitude:

    Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary:

    ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
