We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Domestic Staffing (Hyderabad)

We specialize in end-to-end talent acquisition services across both IT and non‑IT sectors, serving a diverse portfolio of clients.
What You'll Do
Prospect new leads via outreach, referrals, events, and LOIs
Conduct discovery calls/meetings to understand client needs and budgets
Pitch solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals end‑to‑end
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in CRM
Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure delivery & SLAs
Track market trends, competition, and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities
What You Bring
3+ years in domestic staffing/business development in Hyderabad
Proven record of lead generation, pipeline growth & deal closures
Excellent verbal & written communication
Hyderabad-based candidates only
