Job Title: Business Development Executive


Company Overview:

Polystox is an online B2B marketplace for polymers, developed and powered by Acron International Private Limited, a company with over three decades of experience in manufacturing PVC pipes, importing, and distributing polymers. The platform is designed to streamline polymer transactions and is currently focused on strategic expansion, diversifying its presence across multiple sectors within the industry.


We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, providing them with guidance, support, and coordination throughout their early journey with us on the Polystox platform.


Responsibilities:

1. Be the primary point of contact for new customers.

2. Communicate clearly and confidently to explain the platform’s features and basic processes.

3. Coordinate with internal departments like Sales, Onboarding, and Support to ensure timely assistance to users.

4. Maintain accurate records of user interactions, follow-ups, and progress using the CRM system.

5. Help identify user intent and ensure they are smoothly guided through their next step on the platform.

6. Execute pitches, and presentations to clients, showcasing our value proposition and addressing their specific needs.


Qualifications:

1. Minimum educational requirement includes a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mind-set and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

4. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) for managing leads, contacts, and opportunities.

6. Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

● Job Type: Work from office, Full time

● Working days: Monday to Saturday.

● Office timing: 10:00 to 7:00 p.m.
